To provide superior custom construction service to residential clients; to focus on the establishment of a partnering relationship with all parties involved in the construction process, to form a working collaboration to complete projects that meet the highest expectations of quality; to perform safely, economically, and timely.

Rising above the rest, CHGC maintains an uncompromising dedication to “Quality” from the working relationships with an Architect during the design of the home, to the final delivery of the home to our clients.
