About Us The “Handcrafted Homes” Way Our History Staff Bios Our Valued Partners
As the founding member of CHGC I have a general philosophy of entering in “partnering” relationships. I strive to promote this “partnering” with my friends, family and business relationships. I believe in establishing relationships based upon “doing what you say you are going to do”. This is true of my personal life and my business life. I strive to be honest and trust worthy.
When I’m not busy building beautiful homes I like to spend my time fly fishing, playing sports with my son Zack and traveling with my wife, Laura.
CHGC’s “Handcrafted Homes” has a management staff that is comprised by me, Clay Hash, my wife and interior design consultant, Laura Hash, and Project Manager, Blake Larsen.
Laura is responsible for coordinating and documenting the selection of the finish components integrated in our “Handcrafted Homes”. She assists our clients with the extensive process of researching and ordering the plumbing fixtures, electrical fixtures, cabinet hardware, etc. Laura also offers assistance to our clients with the selection and purchase of furnishings for the homes through our Sierra Expressions division if requested.
When Laura is not at work she enjoys volunteering for school wellness, working out at the gym and participating in family activities with Clay and her son Zack.
Blake is responsible for overall Project Management and field operations, principally in the Truckee area, and assists in administrative functions of CHGC when required. Blake has a great deal of responsibly working directly with our clients and has proven to be an enthusiastic and capable manager. Blake coordinates the scheduling of subcontractors involved in our projects.
Calling Truckee his home and when not concentrating on his business responsibilities,Blake enjoys telemark skiing, hiking, mountain biking and fly fishing.
